This warranty is for annual inspection of your Air Conditioning system. Efficient Heating & Cooling Services will perform these services during normal working hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. We will also provide an emergency answering service that operates 24 hours a day. If other repairs are needed between regular visits, you will be billed at a rate less your “Preferred Customer” discount.
