Your Efficient Heating & Cooling Services Heating System Service Contract provides you with guaranteed appointments and other services. This agreement is for 2 annual inspections of your Heating system. This allows for minor issues to be diagnosed and resolved before they can cause a problem during extreme weather, especially during upstate New York’s challenging winter season. Periodic inspection of your system will ensure safe and reliable operation, help maintain the life of the system and keep energy costs manageable.
Efficient Heating & Cooling Services will perform these services during normal working hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
We will also provide an emergency answering service that operates 24 hours a day. If other repairs are needed between regular visits, you will be billed at a rate less your “PREFERRED CUSTOMER” discount.

GOLD AGREEMENT – ULTIMATE SERVICE – $39.95 per month
- Two maintenance calls each year for no charge
- All diagnostic fees will be waived
- Free small parts: contactors, capacitors, float switch, transformer, surge protector, fan motor, breaker, hard start, relay, time delay
- UV bulb and media filter replacements after one year of service
- Corrosion grenade replacement after one year of service
- 20% discount on parts not listed
- Free labor on warranty compressors after one year of service. (Compressor must be under manufacturer’s warranty.)
SILVER AGREEMENT – ELITE SERVICE – $29.95 per month
- Two Maintenance calls each year for no charge
- All appointments will be scheduled within 24 hours of your call
- All diagnostic fees will be waived
- 20% discount on small parts: contactors, capacitors, float switch, transformer, surge protector, fan motor, breaker, hard start, relay, time delay
BRONZE AGREEMENT – SELECT SERVICE – $19.95 per month
- Two Maintenance calls each year for no charge
- All appointments will be scheduled within 48 hours of your call
- All diagnostic fees will be waived
- 10% discount on small parts: contactors, capacitors, float switch, transformer
